Wilma is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Oregon and Washington, a Licensed Tax Consultant, and an Enrolled Agent with more than 20 years of experience in the accounting and tax industry. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, including CPA, CFO, Financial Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, and Business Owner. This diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of taxes, accounting, and the unique challenges that come with running a business.
Wilma is passionate about helping individuals and small business owners succeed. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and works hard to be a trusted resource and advisor, helping them make informed decisions and optimize their financial goals.
Above all, Wilma loves helping people and building meaningful relationships with her clients. When she’s not working, she treasures spending time with her grandbabies, who bring her endless joy.
Lacy Clark
Lacy is one of those rare people who combines an incredible mind with a heart of gold. She has a natural way of making everyone feel right at home and ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of.
As our Office Manager, Tax Preparer, and Bookkeeper, Lacy brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the team. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for both Online and Desktop, and her exceptional organizational skills, love of numbers, and keen eye for detail make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside of work, Lacy is a devoted mom to two wonderful kids who are truly her world. She loves spending time with them and making the most of every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors together.
Leah McElwain
Leah’s superpowers are her exceptional customer service skills, can-do attitude, and sharp mind. Combine those qualities with her natural ability to connect with people, and you have a true trifecta!
With years of experience, Leah brings knowledge, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to everything she does. She is currently working toward obtaining her Enrolled Agent Certificate, continuing to grow her skills and expertise. Her dedication and willingness to help make her a valuable and much-appreciated part of the team.
Outside of work, Leah is the proud mom of two beautiful children and enjoys spending time gardening.
Ash Soeller
Ash is an Enrolled Agent with a master’s degree and years of experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping. They enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and helping people make sense of things that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Ash brings a practical, action-oriented approach to their work and enjoys finding solutions and making progress.
Outside of work, Ash enjoys bike riding, spending time with their wife and animals, working on projects around the house, and getting outside whenever they can. They’re happiest with a good mix of useful work, time with people they love, and plenty of quiet time in nature.
